Office Administrator – Oh Bubbles
We’re looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly and support our sales team with admin and finance tasks. This role is central to ensuring an efficient and professional workplace.
Manage office operations and supplies
Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and staff
Generate invoices and monitor accounts
Follow up on overdue payments
Process expense claims and supplier invoices
Produce reports
knowledge and experience with Xero
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
