- MAX Understanding Collective agreement clauses and applying that to our processing Ensuring these changes are updated in time for weekly payroll runs
- what you change needs to be updated by our Payroll team.
Processing employee information and maintaining the confidentiality of information, alwaysEnsuring legislative compliance across our HR and PR activitiesResolving or escalating complex cases or conflictsThis role is located in thecorporate offices at Te Nikau Hospital in Greymouth.

In this role, you wouldbe required to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage multiplepriorities and distractions.This role would be ideal for someone who is looking todevelop an understanding with Human Resources and Payroll in a large complexand ever-changing organisation.Your skills should include: Experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple conflicting demandsHR and payroll knowledge is preferred but not essentialExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExceptional computer skills, you can pick up how to use different systems and are able to pivot between them expertly.
