Chef de Partie / Experienced Cook Wanted

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Chef de Partie ready to step into a role where you can take ownership, refine your skills, and be part of a tight, supportive team. You take pride in your craft, thrive in a busy kitchen, and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day with clear communication.You’ll ideally have 2–4 years of kitchen experience, but we’re all about the right person with the right energy.
Your Key Responsibilities: Running your section with confidence during prep and service.
- Supporting senior chefs with systems, quality control, and food consistency.
- Communicating clearly about stock levels, prep requirements, and daily needs.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
- Bringing ideas, initiative, and pride to the kitchen each shift.

Candidates MUST have the legal right to work in New Zealand. This role is not suitable for those seeking sponsorship. We’re looking for reliable team players with a passion for great food and hospitality.
Must have a full driving license and a car and not mind living in a remote area
Roster Mix of days and evenings. Weekends required. No extreme late nights. Ideally until the end of April but long term is possible for the right candidate
