Chef de Partie - Part Time

Amazonita is a busy restaurant serving some of the best food in the central city. We are looking for a part time chef with a passion for good food and service.
To apply for this role we prefer you have:
- minimum 2-3 years as chef de partie
- Good knife skills and time management
- Must have experience on handling grill or pan
- Good solid cooking foundation
- Able to handle pressure
- Understanding how to handle food control plan (a bonus)
- Lead by example, team player and hardworking
- Passionate about your career and quality of your work
- Be available to work rostered weekend or split shift
- Mature, responsible and can do attitude to their work is a must. As well as being positive to the rest of team.
- Reliable, flexible and able to multitask ( must be available weekends)
- Hours of work can be negotiated, Immediate start is avaiable
- Only valid working visa or permanent residency only
The successful applicant will be working for proven operators in the most exciting hospitality precinct in town.
