Cleaning Operations Supervisor
We are currently seeking a suitable qualified, reliable and dependable Operations Supervisor to join our Team.
The base hours of work are 6.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Friday but may be required to work occasionally until 10.30pm.
You will be required to work once a month Sunday afternoon doing quality audits and filling in when staff are away on leave. Occasionally may be required to do a Saturday morning.
This position includes hands on cleaning work as well as supervision responsibilities for your Teams, including quality audits, health & safety audits and staff inductions and training.
The successful applicant will need to have Commercial Cleaning and Staff supervision experience up to at least a Team Leader level and be able to demonstrate a high standard of work.You must be able to relate well to both Clients and Staff. Good communication skills are mandatory.
A company vehicle is supplied while working so you must hold a full NZ drivers License.
This is a permanent long term position, not suitable for holders of temporary work or visitor permits.
