As Internship Programme Coordinator, you'll develop and deliver inclusive internship programmes that benefit both interns and host companies. Working with the National Manager, you'll assist in the design of tailored frameworks, create clear programme documents, promote inclusive internships, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and track outcomes through accurate reporting.This is a role where your writing skills, creativity, relationship skills, and passion for social impact will make a real difference.
Nga pumanawatanga ou | What you will bring- We're looking for someone who combines strong writing skills with a genuine passion for inclusion. To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in programme design, writing, or coordination, with knowledge of inclusive HR practices.
- Understanding of disability inclusion, employment equity, and the social model of disability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
- Confidence in stakeholder engagement and promoting new initiatives, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- NZQA Level 5 qualification and a full, valid driver's licence.
