  • Ara Whiwhi MahiThe Team Lead Level 1 role is instrumental in leading and managing a team who are passionate about the work they do.
You will work closely with your team and other leaders to manage, coach, and develop people to provide quality services and better customer outcomes.In this varied role you will:support your team to develop and build their capabilities to improve business outcomes and ensure a positive employee experience, including managing on-site and remote team membersencourage your team to continually look for opportunities to improve services for customers across all channels and productsactively manage and coach people to provide end-to-end customer service, enabling a right from the start approachrole model leadership behaviours and deliver on customer and performance outcomesact as a point of escalation or assistance to support resolution of complex issues and achieve better outcomes for Inland Revenue and customerssupport the health, safety, and wellbeing of your people.About you
