Office Administrator

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our small team ?? This is a varied role, involving, handling accounts, general admin and staff support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payableProcess invoices, payments, and reconciliations using Xero
Assist with payroll, checking timesheets and paying wages
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries
General office administration and support as required
Order PPE, stationary and occasionally materials
Manage health and safety across all sites
Assist with tenders and budgets
Job cost sheets
We are looking for:
Experience in an administrative roleStrong attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
Great communication skills
Confident using Xero and Microsoft Excel
Construction knowledge would be great however not compulsory
This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week, we are offering a competitive salary and the option to work a day or two at home with flexible hours.
