Just under two years into operation, the cafe has grown steadily and has a reputation for providing fresh high quality kai for all. Open 7 days with 3 dinner services starting in October, it allows you to show your flair in all aspects of cookery, whether it is cabinet, cafe style meals during the day or fancy dishes during dinner service.

The Cafe/restaurant is small, seating 25 inside and about 20 outside, which allows you to create dishes with flair and ease during service

• Overseeing all daily kitchen operations
• Leading, mentoring and developing a small team
• Designing and updating menus that reflect our brand and use of seasonal produce
• Managing food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
• Working with front of house and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Managing budgets, rosters and supplier negotiations
• Controlling food costs and managing stock levels
