This is a permanent part time role working Saturday 9am - 2.30pm with additional hours as agreed.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver efficient, caring, and professional service to all customers
• Maintain high standards of product knowledge, merchandising, and store presentation
• Support team members across all areas of the store when needed
• Operate the Lotto counter and handle transactions accurately as required
• Maintain general housekeeping and stock levels
• Build strong relationships with our local community

• Retail experience is essential (pharmacy experience is preferred)
• Lotto retail experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with Toniq Point of Sale system is preferred
• Strong customer focus and community connection
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming
• Proficient in computer systems and a quick learner
• Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn and grow in a retail healthcare setting
