About the roleWere seeking passionate receptionists to join our dedicated clerical team in the Emergency Department (ED) at Waikato Hospital!

This role is 64 hours per fortnight (4 shifts per week) where you will work a range of different shifts, including some Night Shifts. Key responsibilities of the role:Deliver high-quality, customer-focused reception services.Accurately verify and input vital patient information.Liaise effectively with patients, whānau, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Collaborate with Emergency Department clinical and clerical staff to ensure seamless operations.Contribute to a positive workplace culture and support ongoing quality improvements.
