Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a small team of builders
- Perform hands-on construction work
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations
- Organize and coordinate team members and subcontractors
- Maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
- Full trade qualification or relevant experience
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in managing Health and Safety risks and processes
- Strong leadership skills
- Efficient worker with great attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time management and adaptability
- Valid driver's license
- Own tools
- Excellent references
- Hourly wage between $34 - $40, depending on experience
- Phone and work vehicle provided for the right applicant
