What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified and experienced builder (NZ trade certification or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications with confidence.
• Leadership skills – ability to manage and mentor an apprentice.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Commitment to health, safety, and quality at every stage of the build.
• Solid problem-solving on site.
• Positive attitude, punctual, and easy to work with.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
