• Take the lead on our breakfast service, ensuring every plate meets our high standards.
• Work independently to cover all kitchen duties, from prep to service.
• Produce a wide range of food including baking, breads, and our heat-n-eat range.
• Manage time effectively to handle a la carte orders alongside function requirements.
• Maintain a solid understanding of kitchen health, safety, and compliance.

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a cook-to-order restaurant or hotel environment.
• Technical Skill: Strong attention to detail and a pride in producing handmade, fresh food.
• Composure: You are calm under pressure and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Reliability: You are professional, punctual, and lead with integrity.
• Can-do Attitude: You thrive in a busy environment and are always looking to grow and learn.
