Our pay: $25- $28per hour depending on skills

We are a busy take-away located in Auckland, known as Katsubi. We open 7 days per week.

• Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years' relevant work experience in the same field or industry,
• OR have a relevant level 4 qualification or above（an overseas's occupational certificate can be accepted）

You are required to:

• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Checking ingredients to make sure the quality and freshness
• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in various utensils and grillers
• Seasoning, portioning, adding sauces to the dish during/after cooking
• Preparing food to meet client’s taste and dietary needs
• Storing and reserving food to the right temperature and facilities
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
• Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of machines before each run, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assisting in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs
• Assisting with training and supervising kitchen staff whenever required
