Part-time Office Administration Assistant
Our team of passionate designers and CAD technicians requires a new team member to step into the administrator role to assist with various office duties to keep our projects and office running efficiently. This role involves a combination of project administration and general administration duties.
Some of the tasks are:- Managing accounts using Xero
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Receiving and directing email correspondence
- Co-ordination of electronic and hard files
- Letter and email responses to Clients, Council and Consultants
- Archiving and Workflow Max Management
This is a part-time role (Tuesday-Thursday) with hours to be determined with the right candidate. Hours could be managed to suit school schedules.
