Contract Mgr, Operations Mgr & Commercial Cleaners
We are a cleaning business based in Rolleston (Canterbury). Currently, we are seeking Contract Manager, Operations Manager and Commercial Cleaners.

As travel is involved in this role, reimbursement shall be provided.
Position:- Contract Manager X 1Hours of Work:- 30-40 Hours Per Week (Availability during the weekends or late evenings depending on the work commitments).
Pay Rate:- $ 23.50 per hourWork location: Rolleston, Canterbury
- As a Contract Manager, you will review the current customer contracts and services and plan changes where necessary.
- Suggest the required changes to the Director and work towards developing and negotiating a new contract wherever necessary.
- Deal with customers directly when negotiating and solving any of their inquiries. For any issues, discuss with the Director.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate and stored and retrieved as necessary.
- Make sure that the work is efficiently completed as per the negotiated contract.
- Be the first point of contact for any customer complaints.
- Make monthly reports on the company's work and report to the Director.
- Analyse any issues that arise, plan, and develop ways to attract and retain customers.
- You will be required to have a good work ethic.
- You should be willing to learn the company policies and procedures.
- Should have a Bachelor's degree OR at least 3 years work experience in the similar industry.
- Clean and full Driver's license.
- You should have good negotiating skills.

- As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with clients and customers.
- You will be working closely with the Director for planning purposes and to ensure that we meet the weekly and monthly budgets.
- Build rapport with the clients and ensure more work is sourced.
- Do good marketing of the services of the company to generate more business and more clients.
- Additionally you will be responsible for health and safety systems and procedures for the company.
- You should be a good team player who has a clear understanding of the business and motivate staff to deliver quality services and achieve great client outcomes.
- Plan and address the needs of clients, meet clients on site, and supervise the overall activities.
Requirements:
To be fit for the above role you are required to:-- Have good organizational and communication skills
- Should have the Bachelor's degree or Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience.
- A Clean & full driver's license.
- A Can-Do attitude.
This position requires traveling to clients' sites and different locations, travel expenses shall be reimbursed.
Position:- Commercial Cleaners 5xHours of Work:- 30-40 Hours Per Week (Availability during the weekends or late evenings depending on the work commitments).
Pay Rate:- $ 23.50 per hourWork location: Rolleston, Canterbury
This role requires the ability to work variable hours as operational needs dictate, we work when our clients are closed.
You Job Duties are included but not limited too:-- As Cleaner you will be responsible for day-to-day Housekeeping and Cleaning of the sites which includes vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting ceilings, light fittings.
- Particular tasks like carpet cleaning,
- Upholstery clean.
- Strip and seal.
- Building wash.
- Machine scrub.
- Window cleaning
- Covering for annual leave or sick leaves.
- Rubbish run, site to site travelling.
- Coordinate with the manager to make sure that you have sufficient cleaning products all the time.
- To ensure work is completed to the highest standard.
- Informing the line manager if any repair work needs to be done.
- To report any breakage of property during the cleaning process.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the commercial cleaning sector.
- A person with a can-do attitude and willingness to apply themselves to the role will be provided with this training. * Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Be practical & hands-on.
- Full Driving License and own transport required.
- Be well organized and pay attention to detail.
- Be Health & Safety aware.
- Have good customer service skills.
- Be available to work variable hours.
- Having good knowledge of chemical and safety data sheets as we are using over 15 different chemicals for different tasks.
