Tu Ora Compass Health is on the lookout for a Clinical and Quality Improvement Lead to champion better health and equity across our communities.
About the Role
Partnering closely with our Community Health Service teams and across our organisation, you’ll identify opportunities to lift health outcomes and reduce inequities across our population. You’ll lead quality improvement initiatives in Primary Care that align with the strategic direction of the Ministry of Health, Te Whatu Ora, and Tu Ora.
This is a dynamic role with a diverse portfolio—perfect for someone who wants to make a real impact.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a clinician (think: Registered Nurse, Pharmacist, Physio—just to name a few) with:- A relevant tertiary qualification
- At least 5 years of clinical experience (Primary Care experience is a bonus, but not essential)
- A proven track record in clinical quality performance and improvement
- Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A pragmatic yet creative approach to problem-solving
- A passion for building partnerships that drive better health outcomes and equity
