About the Role

This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on end-of-line production and machine operation. You'll play a key part in ensuring products are processed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• End-of-line production work, including packing and product handling
• Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
• Working as part of a fast-paced production team

What to Expect:

• Repetitive lifting of 5-15kg
• Working in a cold environment
• Being on your feet for 8-10 hours per shift

Location:

• Karaka site

Shift:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Potential for overtime

What We're Looking For:

• MUST have a Restricted or Full Class 1 driver's license
• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Proven experience in end-of-line production and machine operation (essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Eligible to work in New Zealand without restrictions
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
