About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where you will work across both pharmacy retail and CPAP operations (within the same premises).
Front-of-Shop Retail Support:- Assisting customers at the pharmacy counter
- Providing professional, friendly customer service
- Handling day-to-day retail enquiries
- Assisting with CPAP mask fittings
- Helping customers select masks and replacement parts
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Managing returns and exchanges
- Processing Shopify orders
- Packing and dispatching online orders
- Managing stock levels and reordering
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory control
This role will suit someone comfortable balancing customer-facing interaction with operational and administrative responsibilities.
This is a full time role working approximately 35 hours per week with flexible weekday hours. Saturdays are a requirement (working 9:00am - 12:30pm).
About You
We are looking for someone who is:- Calm, confident and professional with customers
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms
- Reliable and happy to work Saturdays
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a small team
- Pharmacy or healthcare retail
- Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Stock management or inventory control
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
