• Counter/ Till operations
• Assisting customers and providing first class customer service
• Could be responsible for a department
• Maintaining a clean and tidy department
• Retrieving stock and replenishing shelves in your department
• Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders
• Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets
• Coaching team members from time to time

• Experience within a retail environment
• A customer service-oriented mindset, valuing our customers' importance
• Be ready to take on department lead role and key-holder responsibilities
• Be able to motivate and lead other team members
• Be driven and motivated to achieve
• Flexibility in adapting to the demands of the retail environment
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Capacity to work independently without supervisor
