We're looking for a Design, Marketing, & Communications Specialist to help us bring our mission to life through engaging storytelling, compelling design, and community-focused campaigns.

What you'll do:

• Create and design: Develop beautiful, mission-aligned visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, newsletters, websites, and event materials.
• Share our story: Craft narratives that reflect our ethos, values, and service in a way that inspires supporters, partners, and the wider community.
• Campaign and content: Contribute to fundraising and advocacy campaigns, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across channels.
• Collaborate and engage: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organisational priorities and events.

What you'll bring:

• A flair for visual design and storytelling, with advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• 2+ years' experience in communications, marketing, or brand design.
• Alignment with our values and a deep respect for te ao Maori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
• Experience in not-for-profits or mission-driven organisations (a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with grace.
