As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll bring creative campaigns, sharp content, and bold brand ideas to life. You’ll craft the content that fuels our funnel and help execute campaigns that turn attention into action. From copywriting and performance ads to optimisation and customer stories, you’ll be a key player in driving growth.

What you’ll do- Partner up for growth. You’ll work closely with our team to brainstorm big ideas, shape campaign strategies, and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue across our products.
- Create content that converts. From high-performing ads to compelling email campaigns and slick social posts, you’ll lead production of written and visual content that’s always on-brand and built to perform.
- Tell stories that matter. Interview customers, build case studies, and help showcase the love our users have for Droppah and PayHero.
- Keep our websites fresh. You'll create and update existing landing pages, and polish SEO and GEO content, ensuring our online presence evolves with our products.
- Get the right eyes on the right message. You’ll use your know-how with ad platforms and audience tools to help implement and manage campaigns across digital channels.
- Test, tweak, repeat. Bring your experimentation mindset to every campaign. You love learning what works (and why).
- Keep things moving. You’ll juggle shifting priorities, jump in wherever you're needed, and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Can switch gears from copywriting and creating assets to making campaign tweaks and optimisation without breaking stride.
- Thrive in collaborative brainstorms, but also like running solo with a brief and a blank page.
- Know your way around ad platforms, audience tools, and Google Analytics (or are keen to learn fast).
- Enjoy the thrill of a campaign going live and the challenge of making the next one even better.
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or startup setting.
- A portfolio that shows your range: great copy, eye-catching visuals, or a creative campaign that drove results.
- A working knowledge of the digital marketing toolkit: SEO, PPC, email, analytics, A/B testing, and automation.
- An eye for design and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva to create a range of visual assets.
- An interest in harnessing AI to level up your work. You use tools to write faster, spark ideas, and explore new ways to work smarter.

- Design & Web: Webflow, Figma
- Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Ads Platforms: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
