Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable Gardener to join our Whangarei village where you be supporting the Property Manager with the day-to-day maintenance of the village gardens and outdoor areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in creating attractive landscapes, and values working in a community-focused environment.

The hours for the is role are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Qualifications

Ideally, you’ll bring some experience in gardening or landscaping—but what matters most to us is your genuine passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces and your warm, respectful approach to people from all walks of life.

You’ll be a team player who can also work independently, managing your time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed to a high standard. Being well-organised, efficient, and physically fit will help you thrive in this hands-on role and deliver great service to our residents.
