The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we're seeking a skilled Construction Foreman to join the team in Wanaka or Cromwell. Working closely with the Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from the ground up across a range of commercial builds.________________________________________
Key Responsibilities- Lead onsite teams, both on and off the tools
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
- Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Champion site health and safety procedures
- Run toolbox talks, site inductions, and mentor apprentices
- Perform carpentry tasks as needed

About You- Trade qualified carpenter
- 2+ years’ experience in a Foreman or Site Supervisor role
- NZ/AU commercial project experience essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and client liaison skills
