Working Site Supervisor/Site Manager

This mid size main contractor has experienced good growth with smart Directors at the helm targeting jobs in the $5M - $30M range with successful wins and/or impressed clients offering repeat work.

They now looking to take on a Site Supervisor that will be working on $5M - $10M jobs. The role will be a mix of supervision or trades plus at times being on the tools, and with an objective of managing internal carpentry trade teams.

Typically, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of all activities including safety and the supervision of suppliers, subcontractors and contractors to meet time and quality agreements.

You will have a carpentry trade qualification and at least 5 - 7 years site experience across commercial projects. You are a great communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, subbies and the team. You should be a person who can demonstrate commitment in previous roles and be confident to date in your performance.

This role would most suit a site supervisor with leadership skills looking to get in with a contractor offering more structure, a career path and opportunity to exercise your management skills.

Salary $110K - $120K + vehicle
