- Coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources; ensuring adherence to safety regulation and maintaining quality control throughout the erection process for every project.

- Safety Management
- Health and Safety compliance
- Risk assessment and method statements
- Safety briefing and tool box talks
- Incident investigation
- Quality Control
- Quality Assurance (ensuring that all steel erection work meet the required quality standards and specifications.
