As part of our 24/7 service to both the hospital and widercommunity, we operate high'volume automated platformsalongside essential manual testing processes. Our team is driven by a sharedgoal'to provide the highest quality service insupport of optimal patient care.About youIn this role, you will be responsible for:Efficiently separating and processing samplesOperating automation track system and allassociated analysers with opportunities to develop further skillsOperating STAT instruments and performing manualchemistry testsAdhering to laboratory quality assurancestandards and proceduresDemonstrating a strong commitment to deliveringan exceptional service to our clientsYou will bring:Strong self'motivation and the ability to workboth independently and collaborativelyAdaptability and willingness to learn newtechnologies and equipmentRegistration with the New Zealand MedicalScience Council as a Medical Laboratory Technician (or eligibility forregistration)Experience in biochemistry laboratory procedures(advantageous but not essential) Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to deliveringexcellent healthcare for all.
