We would like you to join our professional Team, if you are experienced in a supervisor role we want to hear from you.

The Opportunity:

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 paid hours per week) Work schedule varies including Mornings, Days, Evenings, and some Weekends as required, so extra flexibility is a MUST.

You will be supervising a team of up to 10 people, so strong time management skills are essential to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.

This role is full of variety, you'll be completing site inductions, evaluate and report performance of team members, conduct Health and Safety meetings, accident reporting, quality assurance and you will check for hazards and keep the work environment safe.

Please note: this is a hands-on role, and you will also be involved in various cleaning duties.

Requirements:

• Excellent leadership skills to bring out the best in your team
• Advanced Computer experience required as Office, Excel, Email.
• Ability to train to a very high standard
• Knowledge of applicable cleaning methods, materials and equipment and related safety guidelines, although full training will be provided to the right candidate
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Great communication skills with both leadership and the staff you are responsible for
• Enjoy interacting with people - both clients and staff
• Any eye of detail - Quality assurance
• Health and Safety focused
• Experience in the cleaning industry, including specialist cleaning tasks , with proven leadership ability although full training will be provided
• Flexible and Trustworthy
• Full NZ Drivers licence

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Machine Floor Scrubs: Get those floors gleaming!
• High Wall Dusting: Reach for the skies (literally)!
• Carpet Machines: Keep things fresh underfoot.
• Sweeping & Polishing Using Machines: A little elbow grease goes a long way.
• Window Cleaning: Whether manual or water-fed, we've got it covered.
• Strip & Sealing Vinyl Flooring: Precision work for a polished finish.
• Water Blasting: Blast away the grime!
• Working at Heights: Safety first, always.
• Trade/Builders Cleans: Tackle the aftermath of construction.
• Bio cleans

General Cleaning Tasks: Support the soft services team as needed Work schedule varies including Mornings, Days, Evenings, and some Weekends as required.
