Virender Holdings Limited trading as Plimmerton Taj is seeking 4x permanent cooks to run their kitchen.
We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours work per week. The successful applicant must be available six days a week, including weekends and public holidays. You will work a split shift which includes lunch service, followed by dinner service for that appliable day.
Remuneration ranges from $25 - $30 per hour.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year work experience.

- Create and prepare a variety of curry dishes and other items according to the restaurants menu, standards and dietary requirements.
- Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and to a high quality, and supervise the stock to maintain an adequate supply of ingredients.
- Manage/run a particular section of the kitchen during service.
- Provide input into menus and create a ‘chef’ special
- Monitor quality of food being produced by the kitchen.
- Estimate and prepare stock ahead of service.
- Undertake and enforce hygiene regulations
