Restaurant and Bar Manager

As part of our team your responsibilities would include:

• Employs best practices in health and safety and make sure that all staff members do the same.
• Can train the other staff members and new to business , so they perform at their best at all times.
• Determines how much stock to order and maintains an appropriate supply.
• Works quickly and accurately during busy periods, such as weekends and evenings. (looking to increase operating hours to brunch and lunches) Check current operating hours on website! Potentially work 4 days and have 3 off
• Ensures that the bar and restaurant is clean and the equipment is serviced and maintained.
• Takes direction and works with the kitchen administrative team.
• Tracks inventory and prime costs through computer system.

In order to be a successful applicant, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing FoH staff
• Experience managing stock and ordering
• Excellent knowledge of food and drink hygiene regulations
• A valid work visa
