This role has three focus areas:Managing the time & attendance rules in our rostering systemDeveloping system functionality within our rostering system for efficiency and best practiceProviding support, training and advice on all things rosteringThis is a permanent, full-timerole working 80 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday.

The role is employedunder Nelson Hospital, however, will be based at the Richmond Health Hub.About the Team/Service/ LocationOur team consists of 7 Payroll Officers and 3 Payroll Technicalstaff.With nearly 3200 employees, we are Nelsonand Marlborough

Our main locations are Nelson and Wairau Hospitals, and the Richmondand Marlborough Health Hubs, but we are spread across the region and serviceall parts of the community.

For more information on living and working in Tasman click hereAbout youAs anApplication Administrator (ACTOR), you will have: an interestin rostering for a large complex organisation, an interestin technical support and security management, strongadministration skills and meticulous attention to detail, demonstratedability to interpret complex employment agreement terms, provenability to work self-directed within a small team, excellentwritten and oral communication skills, demonstrateyour ability to engage with and develop employees skills around the use of newtechnology, when working with wide ranging levels of IT competency, provenability to foster collaboration with stakeholders.The successful candidate must be eligible to work in NewZealand or hold a valid NZ visa at the time of applying.
