Auckland - National Operations Manager

Company: ConsultANZ is seeking a National Operations Manager to join a leading Civil Precast Concrete company in New Zealand.

Main Duties:

• Lead and manage nationwide precast concrete operations to achieve business goals.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Implement cost management strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies.
• Provide leadership and support to operations teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the precast division.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Proven background in the Precast Concrete industry.
• Strong experience in operations management within manufacturing or construction.
• Demonstrated ability in cost management and budget control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required to support nationwide operations.
