Onboard Chef + General Upkeep of Vessel

This is an extremely unique opportunity on a live aboard vessel while we are on charters in the stunning remote Fiordland and Stewart Island.

You will be preparing all meals and snacks for up to 10 clients and 3 crew, along with some house keeping duties keeping the vessel maintained during guests stay and on change over of guests.

While cooking delicious meals is at the heart of this role, you will also be hosting guests, being outdoors in nature and working with freshly caught seafood.

Experience prepping fresh seafood and utilising as much of the catch as possible is a requirement.
