Buschl Fencing specialize in top-quality fencing solutions for residential, rural and industrial projects. We are looking for a new member to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Install and repair various types of fences, including timber, wire and steel.
- Interpret project plans accurately, or problem solve any challenges on-site.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Proven experience in fencing installation or related construction work.
- Knowledge of power tools,
- Machinery experience with tractors and diggers preferred but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
