We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead crews on subdivisions & roading projects across Christchurch and Canterbury. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our construction team in New Zealand.

The Role

Lead and supervise civil crews on site
Deliver subdivisions & roading works
Plan daily tasks, labour, and plant
Drive health & safety, quality, and productivity
Coordinate with supervisors and project teams
Work Includes
Residential subdivisions
Roading works
Earthworks
Drainage & services

About You

Lead and supervise civil crews on site
Proven NZ civil construction experience
Foreman / leading hand background
Strong leadership and communication skills
Safety-focused and organised
Class 2 licence (higher classes an advantage)
