CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
Commercial Foreman- Day-to-day leadership of site activities and trade teams
- Coordinating subcontractors and managing site productivity
- Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to H&S standards
- Hands-on role across commercial construction projects
- Full site management from start to completion
- Programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, and QA
- Strong leadership presence on site with a focus on safety and quality
- Working closely with Project Managers and senior leadership
- Proven experience in commercial vertical construction
- Background as a Foreman, Site Manager, or Project Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to drive programmes and deliver high-quality outcomes
- NZ commercial construction experience is essential
