Medical Receptionist - The Doctors Huapai/Waimauku**

Waimauku & Huapai Clinics | 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and high-performing team across our Waimauku and Huapai clinics.

**This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Friday.**

• You are warm, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.
• You have a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences, and strong ability to stay calm and organised while juggling multiple tasks.

• Proven experience as a medical receptionist (preferably in acute or urgent care)
• Strong knowledge of general practice workflows and patient coordination
• MedTech Evolution experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• A proactive, flexible team player with a positive attitude
