About the Role
This position plays a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinicians by ensuring smooth and efficient front-desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and welcoming patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answering and managing phone calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with clinicians to support patient care and ensure seamless communication
- Providing accurate quotes and managing invoicing processes
- Assisting patients with insurance enquiries, approvals, and claims
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks
- Acting as a knowledgeable sales associate for a limited range of products available for purchase
About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:- Previous experience in a medical reception or healthcare setting (essential)
- Experience processing medical insurance approvals and claims
- A professional presentation and warm, welcoming demeanour
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confident communication skills when liaising with patients and clinicians
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for patient care
- The ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
