We are a dynamic and fast-growing travel company seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both people and processes to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
As our Office Manager, your duties will include:
- Recording office expenditure and effectively managing the budget
- Organising office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
- Managing online and paper filing systems
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems
- Supporting staff with career development
- Conducting staff appraisals and monitoring performance
- Establishing policies and procedures for staff
- Ensuring adequate staffing levels during absences and peak periods
- Preparing written reports for senior management and delivering presentations
- Overseeing staff recruitment and onboarding
- Full-time (guaranteed minimum 32 hours and up to 45 hours per week) & Permanent position
- Pay rate: $28–$35 per hour, negotiable based on experience

Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have one of the following:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, OR
- A New Zealand Level 5 or 6 Business Diploma, OR
- Any Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
