We are a dynamic and fast-growing travel company seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both people and processes to ensure smooth, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, your duties will include:

  1. Recording office expenditure and effectively managing the budget
  2. Organising office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
  3. Managing online and paper filing systems
  4. Developing and implementing new administrative systems
  5. Supporting staff with career development
  6. Conducting staff appraisals and monitoring performance
  7. Establishing policies and procedures for staff
  8. Ensuring adequate staffing levels during absences and peak periods
  9. Preparing written reports for senior management and delivering presentations
  10. Overseeing staff recruitment and onboarding
Working Conditions
  1. Full-time (guaranteed minimum 32 hours and up to 45 hours per week) & Permanent position
  2. Pay rate: $28–$35 per hour, negotiable based on experience
  3. Supportive, collaborative, and friendly team environment

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have one of the following:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience, OR
  • A New Zealand Level 5 or 6 Business Diploma, OR
  • Any Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive, professional approach to problem-solving.
