The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of Angel Immigration Services. The role ensures the office runs efficiently, supports management and staff, maintains compliance with internal policies, and coordinates workflow to provide high-quality client service.
This position plays a key role in supporting immigration advisors by managing administrative processes, documentation, client communication, and operational logistics.

Administrative and Office Management

Plan, organise, and manage office systems, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth operational functioning.

Oversee reception, client enquiries, scheduling, and management of incoming/outgoing correspondence.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and resource management.

Develop and implement office policies and ensure adherence by staff.

Staff Coordination and Supervision

Supervise administrative staff and allocate daily tasks to ensure timely workflow.

Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to administrative team members.

Assist management in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of new administrative staff.

Financial and Record Management

Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, expense reporting, and basic bookkeeping in coordination with the accounts team.

Maintain accurate and secure records in accordance with Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) requirements and privacy laws.

Ensure proper storage and management of client files, contracts, and compliance documents.

Client Service and Communication

Manage communication between clients, immigration advisers, and external stakeholders.

Ensure client appointments, consultations, and follow-ups are scheduled efficiently.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure the office operates in line with organisational policies and immigration industry standards.

Support the Licensed Immigration Adviser with compliance administration, including audit preparation and document verification.

Monitor adherence to health and safety procedures within the workplace.

Operational Support

Assist in managing business projects, workflow planning, and process improvements.

Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes as required.

Liaise with suppliers, IT support, and external service providers to keep office operations efficient.

Requirements : Level 5 diploma or higher qualifcation or 2 years of the work experience
