Our maternity service is looking for an organised, compassionate administrator who thrives in a role where every detail matters. You will help ensure parents and babies receive seamless, well coordinated care from the moment a referral arrives to the day they head home as a new family.You will:Coordinate outpatient clinic bookings and manage incoming referralsSupport inpatient administration throughout pregnancy and after birthWork alongside midwives, doctors, and wider clinical teamsKeep service users informed, prepared, and confident about their appointmentsContribute to a positive, supportive environment where communication is keyYour role sits at the heart of our servicewhen things run smoothly, it is because of you.About the Team/Service/ LocationHealth New Zealand |Te Whatu Ora Lakes provides healthcare from its two modern and progressive general hospitals in Rotorua and Taupo, New Zealand.
