  • About the roleJoin Te Kura Toi Tangata School of Education and play an important role supporting one of New Zealand's leading education schools.As School Administrator, you will be part of a professional and collaborative team providing a wide range of administrative services that contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the School.

You will work closely with the School Manager, Head of School and academic staff to deliver seamless support across administration, finance, staff onboarding, committee servicing, event coordination and school operations.This is a varied role where no two days are the same.

You will coordinate meetings and logistics, support staff with University systems and processes, manage contract staffing administration, assist with financial processes and help maintain efficient systems that support teaching and research activities.You will bring a proactive and service-focused approach, enjoy building strong relationships and take pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Your contribution will directly support staff and help create a positive experience across the School.This is a permanent, part-time role (0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours per week) based at our Hamilton campus.
