The Role
You'll take ownership of a major dealership site, leading teams across parts, vehicle sales, and service. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions shape performance, culture, and customer outcomes.
What a day in the life looks like:
- Managing operations across Isuzu Ute, Isuzu Truck, used cars, Sitrak, and American truck brands
- Supporting and driving sales, service outcomes, and customer satisfaction
- Leading and mentoring staff across multiple departments
- Overseeing financial targets, reporting, and business performance
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations with a strong focus on quality and safety
- Proven Site Manager or Assistant Manager experience in automotive or heavy vehicle environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate sales, service, and parts teams
- Commercial mindset with confidence managing budgets and performance targets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service ability
- Someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and can run a large operation with confidence
