At The Taradale Club, we are expanding our horizons with a diverse range of functions and a high-standard à la carte menu. We are looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie who is hungry to learn, lead a section, and grow alongside our supportive team.

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you won’t just be "working a job" you’ll be owning your space. Your responsibilities will include:

• Section Ownership: Taking full responsibility for a kitchen section and running it smoothly without constant

• Menu Collaboration: Working with the Head Chef to maintain quality and find ways to grow our food offerings.
• Safety & Standards: Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and maintaining a solid understanding of the Food Control Plan.

Who You Are

We are looking for a reliable professional who brings energy to the kitchen. You should have:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment or equivalent.
• Attitude: A positive mindset and a "can-do" approach to all aspects of the business.
• Reliability: Exceptional punctuality and work habits that your teammates can rely on.
