The Roles

We’ve got two types of opportunities going in Christchurch:

• Get stuck into the action, transforming lawns into jaw-dropping SmartGrass landscapes.
• Involves excavation, earthworks, machinery operation, and base prep for installations.
• Travel to job sites around the region (with occasional overnight stays).

• All of the above, plus leading a crew of 2-3 onsite (think foreman in landscaping or construction).
• You’ll keep projects on schedule, maintain top-notch quality, and motivate the team to produce stunning results.

• A responsible, hard-working, and committed person who can juggle tasks and weather conditions without missing a beat.
• A full NZ driver’s licence is a must.
• If you’re applying for the Installation Manager role, leadership experience is a bonus (but if you’re a natural leader without the formal title, we still want to hear from you!).
• Great communication – you’ll be dealing with clients, teammates, and sub-contractors.
• A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude when the going gets tough (like the Canterbury weather).
