We are looking for a dynamic hardworking Joiner / installer to join our team.
This isn't your everyday stock standard joiner/installer role, you'll be
working on bespoke pieces, so every day will bring you new and exciting
projects and challenges. We use the latest technology and work on fun
projects with lots of design and build elements for you to be part of. You will
be involved in jobs from start to finish and it's a role that requires TOP
NOTCH joinery skills!

ROLE DESCRIPTIONJoiner/ Installer responsibilities/expectations.
you will be responsible for the timely movement of material and engaging in professional interactions with internal and external customers, ensuring the ongoing operational success of the company.
Position Objectives
- To facilitate the efficient manufacture of a project, whilst constantly looking for areas of improvement.
- To ensure that all product leaving the workshop is made, finished and operating to the highest possible
- To liaise in a professional manner with the relevant parties, Project managers,Planning manager, Team Leaders during the construction and/or commissioning of Products to achieve the best outcome for all involved parties for the project and customer.
- Installing projects to a High standard of finish following all of MWF standards and H&S procedures.
the role be both working in the factory as a joiner on some exciting bespoke projects and also out on site installing joinery so we are looking for a qualified joiner who has experience in both timber work and cabinet making and installing.
the hours per week will start at 40 but there is the option to do more when required.
we are looking for someone with min 5-7 years experience.
our factory location is Belfast Christchurch.
