We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and coffee-loving Barista to join our crew. We have TWO positions available, one of those at our new site in Paraparaumu Beach, as well as another position at our flagship cafe in Otaki. If you can whip up a perfect flat white, love making people smile, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
Preparing simple, delicious food like sandwiches and toasties
Provide excellent customer service with a smile
Operate coffee machines and other equipment's
Keep the area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Work as part of a supportive, fun team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous barista/hospitality experience (ideally 1+ year making coffee, but not essential)
Great communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Passion for great coffee and customer service
