The role

Reporting to the GM Corporate Accounts, you will join our knowledgeable and experienced team and be supported by great training and shared expertise across the business.

As the National Service Account Manager (known internally as the National Fleet Support Manager), you’d be responsible for fleet support for an allocated group of customers as well as their aftermarket requirements. You’ll manage the relationship at the customers’ corporate level to ensure their expectations of performance are met and that they are operating at the lowest cost of ownership.

You will also guide and assist our Branch network to ensure that support commitments to the customer and expected service levels are being provided and met.

In addition, you’ll be expected to collaborate with other teams across the business to create and implement aftermarket processes, to proactively lead and support new sales growth within Crown’s innovations and new developments with a view to maximising revenue growth.

One of your key tasks will be to establish a customer call cycle with regular site visits, site audits and business reviews, promoting engagement for our national customers and providing consistent account management, being the first port-of-call for our customer.

You’ll check on PM quality and look at the standard of work by our technicians, as well as identify any missed opportunities for spare parts, battery sales, etc.

This is a permanent, fulltime role based in our Support Office in East Tamaki, Auckland, with travel required.

Requirements

About you

To shine in this role, you’ll bring your energetic and enthusiastic self to work every day. To really understand and relate to our customers, we’re looking for someone with an Engineering or Technical qualification and an automotive or trade-related background or knowledge.
You’ll have a customer-centric and solutions-focused attitude and strong attention-to-detail skills, along with your drive to meet targets. We’re looking for someone with experience in a large business, preferably in the automotive, industrial service or manufacturing sectors.

You’ll be a collaborative and supportive team player and have great customer service and communication skills when it comes to dealing with your internal and external stakeholders. Your good time management skills and IT savvy will help you enter this role.
