  • About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to management, clients, and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients and visitors
Provide administrative support to management and internal teams
Maintain efficient office operations and compliance documentation
Handle general office administration tasks
  • Skills & Experience
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong time-management and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage positively with clients and team members
High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Quick learner with a passion for continual improvement
Experience with accounting or payroll software (technical savvy is a must)
Goal-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines and targets
  • Qualifications & experience
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Management (preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
